Medium armor recipes ?

I'm a level 19 halfling armorsmith. I am unable to find any medium armor recipes from trainers in Tursh or BC. All of my armor recipes so far are for heavy armor.

Are medium armor recipes available after level 21, or is there some other place I need to look for them in Thestra ? Thanks for the help. :)

Armorsmith is like 90-95% heavy. If you wish to create medium leather you should be an outfitter - leatherworker.
