Blood Mage Spell Damage Type....

With some of the new crafted focus items benefiting only a particular type of spell damage, such as mental or physical, it leads to the obvious question: What type of spell damage does Blood Mage deal? The obvious answer would be physical with Bursting Cyst, or possibly Spiritual with taps. Can anyone give an informed answer on the subject?

Lv 19 Bloodmage.

I bought some of those foci and tried them out. Here is my results:

Union of Blood and Burning Cyst are Physical Damage.
Despoil, Entwining Vein and Scarlet Ritual are Arcane Damage.

I am happily wielding two +80 Arcane Figurines.

Excellent, thanks Duhn, been wondering that myself. I've seen +160 figures floating around as well on my server at least. Had been considering picking one up but didn't know what type to get =) Though I get so much energy from my staff...

I have not had the chance to test any of this, and currently have limited funds, so figured I would ask here and maybe someone already knows the answer.

Lets use a 16 BM for the example. That would give them a cap on focus of 160. Will use Despoil as the spell being cast.

1) if you had 80 spell focus and 80 Arcane focus with this be the cap and get you 20% extra damage.

2) if you had 160 spell focus and 80 Arcane focus would this give 20% extra damage from the spell and 10% extra from the Arcane for a total of 30% extra damage?

3) if you had 160 spell focus and 160 Arcane focus would that give you 40% extra damage?

Basically I am wondering if they stack or add together for that type of damage to get you to cap. Knowing this information would really help me in gear choices. I am wearing some pretty bad gear just for the spell focus and would love to pick up some of the crafted things so I could lose the spell focus gear with low to no stats for something a little more usefull.
