Monks and Knuckle skill.

I have a 13th lvl monk and use bare fists all the time. My Knuckle skill doesn't want to raise past 50 though. All my skills have the potential to be capped at 65 right now.

Are any other monks experiencing this? How can I raise my knuckle skill past 50?
