Just got the horse...

Alright, I'm Thestran, so naturally I did the Horse Quest which started in Tursh, went to Three Rivers, and then went far east to complete it.

My question is simple... what else can I do for diplomacy now? I'm having a difficult time finding where to go next to get my next set of quests. Can anyone help? Should I go ahead and do civic diplomacy?

At this point you should be at least skill 40 which is where the newbie diplomacy questline ends and you begin civic. There ARE civic tutorials int he game, but they are bugged nor do they give you anything other than a rod. You can start them to at least get that and then check the message boards here or at vgtact.com to learn more about how civic diplomacy works. :)

Yep, you are ready for civic. It can be fairly confusing at first. The in game tutorial is meant to explain it, but it mostly confuses people. At least start it to get your rod. But read up about it online, it will make more sense that way. Goodluck!

I just did the quest (Martoc line) and clicked on the horse in my bag and all it gave me was a buff. No horse. Same thing happened with the temp horse they give you during the quest (gave a +5 to all abilities 30 min buff). Is it bugged or am i missing something?
