Dragon Style quest bugged?

I have fought the stone and completed the quest for Dragon Style. I go back to the Dragon Style Master and he has the green shield over his head but I cannot turn in the quest? Clicking him does nothing. Is this a known issue or a new one. Another monk was having the same problem so its not anything I am doing wrong interface wise.
