View Full Version : Sufficient Blackamail/Plots/etc not accepted?

Hey everyone,

I'm level 201 in Diplomacy and getting the third teir of diplomacy papers. They are labeled as "sufficient". Somehow, the blackmail, plots, etc informants arn't recognizing them. I have 40 of each, so I have enough. I was wondering, are they going to create gear for 200+ people?

Tier 3 gear isn't in yet. Hopefully it should be soon.
