Arghhh

[Niborea]

Just needed a place to vent a bit!
We, being my husband and 3 of our 4 boys have been working on putting up a 24ft above ground pool. Sounds great right?
Well we put the walls up twice now, this time getting as far as filling it with water, however we are draiining the water as I type because we are more than 2" off level and some of the walls have strain on them. Probably wouldn't have happened had we taken our time like I wanted but my husband likes to "get things done" so we forged ahead :mad:
Ah well I think he will be more apt to take his time this time around and do as I suggested and place cement blocks under each post and make sure they are all level. :rolleyes:
BTW, We had gotten the pool and the deck that surrounds 3/4 of it from my mom, she moved into a house this past Feb that had it. It was too much for her to take care of for the amount she used it.

Doh! Well, yeah, like you say this gives a big incentive to do it right next time, anyway. :)

I am sorry to hear of your troubles with this Niborea. I grew up always having a pool of some sort and I remember many years of trying to cover or uncover it with brothers and father wanring to make a 5 minute job out of something that needed a good hour ;)
