View Full Version : Will Sigil provide us Refund Points to Retool?

With all the recent changes, I can imagine that some of the healers in this forum are noticing that their class is now playing significantly different than it may have at launch...

I think that Sigil should either reduce the attribute refund point need to somewhere closer to 25k experience points per point (instead of nearly 100k experience like it seems to be currently), or they should offer a full attribute point reassignment sometime in the next week to allow players to retool after all these changes they keep making.

Increased Mana Costs and Vitality Effectiveness is something significant enough to warrant a full attribute point refund so players can respec more properly to the new changes.

While I wouldn't do an entire overhaul, I can't say this idea isn't appealing to me.

When you change the rules, it's only fair to let people adjust.

When I logged in post patch I found I had about 150 reset points (and probably had 5 or so the day before because i redid my attribs)

Yep I have like 145 refund points. I think that is more than sufficient. I am still going to stick to vit/wis mostly, and con on the rest.

I've actually been considering 3 points in wis 3 points in dex 3 points in vit and 1 point in strength latly.

As a halfling i get 3 points in dex every level, so yeah, not gonna burn my other points in it hehe.

On my Disciple I've been dropping 5 in Wis/Vit and the other 4 into Dex...

I might start splittting up the dex every-other level to STR/DEX/CON.

I have been doing the same Elanie. Vit/Wis primarily with some con.

Aren't we halflings smart!

My halfling cleric is only like 11, and I've got Dex maxed with only spending a couple of points per level. I don't know if being maxed is a good thing or not, it still looks abismally low compared to other stats for that level. I only seem to get a crit once every few fights (I'd guess maybe 1 opening per 5 to 10 fights). (My lv 16 Bard with ~120 Dex gets several crit openings per fight.)

Interesting rabbit. I crit a buttload. I dont think my Dex is maxed though, will have to check next time I'm on.

Interesting rabbit.

Yeah, I find it a bit odd too. Seems that lil cleric gets an opening far less than every other bod I've played post release.

I guess you gotta love to be a human then. I'm maxing VIT, WIS and DEX each level.

Why should we bother on STR, INT or CON?
