stealth nerfs

I believe another one occured with this latest patch . My bard seems to be running a large deal slower with my full on run speed buff on . If this was a stealth nerf , then im afraid i'm going to have to cancel my sub .

Stealth nerfs are the most disgusting thing i have encountered in any mmo. There has been more stealth nerfs in the short life of this game , than i have encountered in every mmo i have played before COMBINED ( thats 8 years of mmo's) .

Im hoping it is just a bug or something , but my toon does run quite a bit slower .

After evaluating this for a bit seem to have found the problem . For some reason it wasn't recognizing that i had my drum equipped , when equipping it through a macro . I relogged and it fixed the problem .
