We are able to craft/make crystals that do certain things can anyone tell me what I have to do or point me in the right direction as to how this is done or what i need to begin making these?

Im level 26 and I have yet to really learn anything about this lol

Go to Mekalia and talk to a guard, ask him to for directions to the General Goods Vendor. Standing next to the General Goods Vendor is a special vendor who sells the gnome racial items. At level 26 you can buy the Class B Distiller. Once you buy the item you equip it(goes in secondary hand slot) and then use it and it will produce the crystals.
