When you use Secret of Celerity, do have to trigger the ability twice, or will it automatically do a double attack?

I responded to your post on vgmonks, but i'll put it here too.

The only thing secret of celerity seems to double, (unless my combat log lies) is my proc from storm dragon stance. No double auto attacks, no double CA's. Although, one time I somehow managed to have secret of ice up while celerity was going and the secret of ice effect was doubled correctly, go figure.

So, it not working correctly and the 30m refresh pretty much makes it useless. Which is unfortunate because it has some serious potential if working correctly.

Today while we were fighting kronus, (I had saved celerity all day just for him) I threw on celerity, and I swear to god for the next 20 seconds I critted so often, it made me cry to see it didn't double like it says it should. In those 20 seconds I got so lucky and managed to get through 3 opener/FK/KoH combos.
Combat log only showed stormdragon doubling, and it certainly didn't see like I was doing extra damage. /sigh

Just another reason why monk dps is 3294791730471 ft below sea level. /shrug

EDIT: Secret of Celerity mysteriously started working for me yesterday. Says you quickly strikely dealing an extra x damage, where x is roughly the amount of the CA art you use. Doesn't seem to affect procs or autoattack.

secret of celerity > secret of transcendence. btw, theres a tooltip error in secret of transcendence. its a 60second buff rather than 20second. all it does is add a % dmg from abilities with a 10minute refresh time/12jin cost. i wish these skills had cooldowns of secret of ice & fire.
