List of informants(hearsay/trend etc), where can I find a list of locations?

as stated to make it easier travelling and finding them, since I only know of three >< just started

but still, can some link or gimme a list of where all the informants that buy the blackmail hearsay etc etc rumors etc are?

Unfortunately, I need to find the blackmail informant, so I'll probably need to run to the river as the list includes.
