This is becomming a major problem in the internet today... people who will register names and typos of names in hopes that selling them to their "rightful owners" would turn a profit.
I know of a local business here (a movie theater) that spells their name re instead of er and the typo of that (er) is registered by a company that has a search engine on it (the generic kind that always come up with typo squatters) and a link to a contact form in case you were interested in the domain name... this REEKS of squatter.
My question is what legal action would that business have to get that other domain so that the typo would go to its proper place as opposed to their squatting facility?
