I did do a little bit of searching I could have done more but I at work at the moment heh.

My Bro and I recently rolled onto the FFA server. He loves paladins so he rolled a Raki paladin and I rolled a Raki Monk. We are only 5 or 6.

I am just wondering is this a fairly good combo to play? I would like some survivability but I don't expect to win every time if I wanted that we would have rolled Sorc Sorc lol.

But I would hate to see one of us holding the other back. If I need to reroll (And I don't mind in the least but would perfer to stay Raki.) the only class I don't want to play is Sorc I did Wizzie for way to many years and it is time to branch out do something different.

What do you all think of Paladin/Monk? Bad? Good?

I am up for a challenge but i don't want to be obliterated every time. Go head call me a wuss lol.

16 views. Hmm no one has played this combo? That somewhat frightens me.

Any combo works well. If you want a supreme combo, through in a protective fighter and a cleric and you should be set for any battle.

I hope this game dies sooner than later. We need blizzard to release another game like WoW. Vanguard smells...

You two should be fine for basic content. For premiere Dungeons you will jsut want to add a healer and some more dps. As a Paladin myself, I can say I have a lot of survivability.

A good mix though would be Paladin and something like a Cleric/Druid/Shaman to go with yah. I would say Shaman would be about the best, they can do a bit of damage, have heals, buffs, speed.

All in all I would say pick a class that "you" want to play or you are going to get to your mid levels and want to roll an alt.

This is all good advice.

Pally/monk Duo your be the vitcm of many roots and snares and often die before landing a hit.

If I had to make a dou on pvp server I would go DK/and druid.

DK you can shodowstep from 30m away giving you a good conter to roots and snares, nice debuffs, and solid damge.

Druid can snare, root, dot and heal in pinch, got above average DPS, run speed buff, cloud walk, counter spells and nice buffs for melle types.(this is my fav class in the game)
