I started my Wood Elf Druid on the Kojan continent and never started the Diplomacy tutorials. Recently I warped to the Thestra continent to complete some adventuring quests there. Anyway, when I decided to begin the Diplomacy tutoral at the Tursh Academy, the trainer gives me no options to begin the training tutorial. Is this bugged? Can I start the tutorial on Thestra since I am not from this continent? I will be mad if I have to travel back to Kojan to start Diplomacy. Am I doing something wrong? Do I reset the tutorial somewhere that I am not seeing? Any help would be great! Thanks......;)

Each newbie diplomacy quest line is race locked. This was done partly for lore reasons as it doesn't make much sense to have a dark elf helping Rakis gain more influence in the wood elf council.

The devs have mentioned that New Targonor and Ahgram will have "neutral" newbie lines that anyone can do instead of their race's line, but that is probably a ways off yet. So if you want to begin diplomacy, you'll need to return to Ca'ial Brael. Once you complete the wood elf newbie line you'll be able to go anywhere you want that has civic diplomacy and/or diplomacy quests.

Darn, I hate to have to travel back to Kohan to start the Diplomacy quests, but that makes sense, thanks for the answer. :p
