View Full Version : Martok quest lines stop at around lvl16?

So, I made an Orc on the rp server. I like the idea of a race which is not to be liked much by other races and at first I wanted to rp it. For me, this means sticking around with your own race for as long as possible.
At around lvl16 I made it all through Wildgrowth Forest, past gardens and into the Gulgrethor fortress (not finished it though). Does it all end there? A (imo) great story of a war against another orc clan, only it doesn't continue?
Did I miss something or do I just have to switch continents?
I have no problem with that practically but regarding roleplaying what excuse do I have to group with, say, players from Tanvu? They are our slaves and fight orcs at their coasts..
Did any of you find some more Martok content?

I d say it just ends there. Not trying to troll, but the game ends somewhere at 16-20.
Started a woodelf shaman. Had to gather sacred water and heal little foxes with it. Later i had to go against the tainted dryads and steal their cauldron of poison. After that i met the Raki with whom woodelfes share their home. I collected energized pebbles to help repair their shrines. Met dancing pilgrims at autumglow outpost. I was in gamers heaven...
And then it ends there.

I will agree that the quests up till 15 or so are all very fun and well thought out. I wish they could of kept that pace from 15 onward though.

the gulgathor(spelling) line continues well into the 20's. on thestra its starts back up in trengal keep. around lv 24 ish (depending on what your doing in there) all the way up to about 29. you also run into them a bit here and there throughout the lvls prior.
but yes, you do have to leave martok. CB is good for the tomb and such, then off to qalia for CIS, then to thestra, where i am now, and made my new home. im a goblin, away from my homeland, but after hard work for other cities to tolerate me, i have found a new home.
it will happen to you, as it did me. to say that it all ends 16-20 is just rediculous. and, because of your statement sir, you are a troll.

As a woodelf, you get a quest which leads to Tanvu at around lvl 10 (a unity of purpose or such) and afaik continues at least until Tomb of Tsang.
Chae, good to hear that there's kind of a similar continuation for Martok. It makes sense since both orc clans are looking for a famous axe on Thestra. I guess I will be there more often then.
(btw, the server is called "Gulgrethor" so I think this is the correct spelling)
