So the last year or so I sort of let myself go. It wasn't that I was eating poorly, I just ate heaps and didn't excercise enough to burn off the extra caloric intake which was very bad of me considering all my training to become a Chiropractor.
Subsequently I gained hmmm about an extra 15-18 pounds. It just kind of snuck up on me last fall and over the winter LOL. I'm 6 feet tall and my frame could hold it but I looked "thick" LOL.
Anyhow, this past spring I made the conscious decision to regain control and get my body back to "normal".
I'm SO fricking stoked this morning (so I just had to share this story) because I hit my goal (a bit quicker then I expected too). 90.0kg (198lbs)
I feel soooo much better now and it's such a neat feeling to have friends come up and say "wow you look so rested!" ROFL!!
