BUG: Temporal Shift Spell effect icon stays longer than it should

Puzzled by the recent changes, I tested temporal shift on various mobs.

The spell effect lasts 24sec, or 7 ticks. However, the spell effect icon lasts 1-2 more ticks. Not surprisingly, that "extra" tick has no damage nor snare effect. So you see the icon up but the mob is charging you at full speed.

It's bugged for all versions of temporal shift.

AND if you attempt a resnare and it is resisted, the icon never goes away. "Why is this fooker still hitting me? It's snared!"
