All it is is a text file, completely harmless ;)

is there 1 txt file for all the points? or do i have to copy+paste each chunk as needed?

It's great and all that that site updates each zone's POI's frequently, but having to assemble every zone into one file, or update just one zone in the mess of code, doesn't sound appealing.

A few of the map mods at vgsohinterface (http://www.vgsohinterface.com/downloads.php?do=cat&id=5) include a full POI file for your convenience.

It used to be one big file. However, there is a bug in Vanguard which causes the map cursor to disappear once the custompoi file gets too large. That's the reason they broke it into chunks. Blame Sigil! :D

The whole files included in the map mods I linked work fine. Not sure why all of the zones put together from the gamepressure site don't or won't.

I use this and also last night went to the lengths of recording my reaping spots with /location, then opened a demo file, altered it for my co-ords in the relevant chunk, redid the text and Bob's your auntie it shows up on the map.

Very nice, if only there were a universal one to contribute to.

I've taken the format from one of the files there and simply added the information I've wanted. In my case, I've been adding all the various harvesting resources I've found. When I verified that the file from them worked as expected, my minimap became a mass of gray dots. I'd rather just add the items I discover and go from there.

With a sweep of his hat,
