I have some questions around how will the flying mounts be accesible.
i have heard and read that the firsts flying mounts should be accesible starting at level 40 and by doing a quest.

now, are they already ingame ?

are these "quest" also viable to crafters ?

like a level 8 cleric level 45 carpenter, as example ...

this is what i heard... by all means not official

you need to be lvl 45+ for the flying mounts.

they are quested and require a raid force (epic quest maybe?)

wether they are in game or not i honestly have no clue

When looking for flying mounts on here a couple weeks ago I came across a quote that somebody claimed that when asking a dev about dragon mounts that they pointed him too the Morfare quest.

I've heard that it really just teleports you to old Taraganor (sp) but when you talk to the guy in Khal his story is that the book summons something. Which sounds like more of a mount than it teleporting you to an unfinished area.

That person is me and thats not what i said

what i said was i was pestering a dev about it and he had no intention of giving up any info and instead suggested i go looking for morfare pages as somethign to do until mounts were ready. To my Knowledge mounts are not ingame yet other than the limited versions in southwatch which have leashes on them for distance and time counters for length of use.
THE MORFARE QUEST DOES NOT LEAD TO A MOUNT don't know how many times i have to say it. Its even been completed by multiple people on multiple servers and no mounts were given as rewards.

I have a feeling your Griffon will come from Southwatch.

Didn't I hear somewhere that they're adding flying mounts for us to test when we get into the mid-teens level range?

Thanks for clearing it up but you can understand why your post was a little confusing.

Background: I was pestering a dev team member about giving me a dragon and instead he told me about this quest (sweet revenge on his part) The Morefare Council quest is avail from Khal from Olkurk in one of the taverns.

This is not the same as: i was pestering a dev about it and he had no intention of giving up any info and instead suggested i go looking for morfare pages as somethign to do until mounts were ready.

Bottom line don't get huffy with me & I'm saving up for a camel.

I read somewhere that it has something to do with ceros island and killing mobs there for faction, at least for one of the mounts.
