Confused about regional chat channels

I usually use to /1 to join the regional chat channel for wherever I am (Kojan, Western Qalia, whatever) but I seem to have screwed that up. I tried to use "/autojoin set" to join my guild channel and now it stopped autojoining the regional chat (and auction chat too) for me and I can't figure out how to rejoin them. /regionsay doesn't work (not a valid channel?) and typing /join Kojan doesn't work either. Nor would I want it to as I dont want to have to manually join regional chat.

Any help on how I can reset all this? Thanks.

to rejoin regionsay its /join regionsay
regionsay runs a script and joins you to your current location's regional speak
auction is /join auction which also automatically joins you to the correct auction channel based on your location
