I remember reading in I think it was patch notes a while back that they were adding a way to port down to the throne room in VT once you reach a certain level. What is this level and where do you do it?

that is down in the salamand poison pit. back right cave its a couple of mobs in but not bad 5 or 6. need to be 34 to enter.
