Is there any quests chained after this one (Gnomes? horse quest)?

Currently i have the faster level 10 purchased horse.

I hate timed quests, even further is the fact that i don't know how the parley will end up (Unless i literally go to each one of them just to study how they act in it, which in best case scenario id be able to win fast enough to finish the quest).

So in short , Are any more diplomacy quests given out after doing this one, its a green colored quest to me , i dont want to do it , the reward is crap for me.

If there are quests following it , then there really should be a way to skip this annoyance.

No, you won't have to do that quest if you don't like. In fact, right before I accepted that quest I had just purchased a (faster) horse myself. The reward was the horse itself, and when I sold it, it sold for 2c. There are other diplomacy quests around... just in different areas. :)

They are apparently going to add "upgrade quests" for the courier horse.
