I am just wondering is there a halfling civic diplomacy trainer? I am a lvl 42 diplomat in Tursh I did all the quest and now its time for civic diplo. I go to the guy outside the general story he gives me a quest that says go to your civic diplo trainer.. Okay.. where is he. I thaught this guy was since the whole dalefolk thing is they follow the humans. Anyone gimme a hint as what I do now. I try to do civic with the townsfolk .. no chance of winning I lose faction. They start with 5 convo points i start with like 18.

There are civic dip trainers in many cities. There should be one in Tursh, but I don't know where exactly. Did you get the quest in Tursh? If you did, that's probably the guy you need to speak to.

The civic trainer gives 2 quests initially, Introduction and Information. If you have one or both of these quests, then you've already found him :)

When you are doing civic parleys, try to find NPCs closer to your skill level. For each 5 points in skill difference between you and the NPC, the NPC will need 1 point more or less than you to win. So in a conversation that has 18 lines of dialogue, you will need 18 points to win and the NPC, if he is level 50, will need 17 points to win. If he is level 100 he would only need 7 points to win.

You can find a list of NPC/Levels here:

Right, the npc outside the general store in Tursh city is all you get. Read all the dialogues, many of which will require you to parley with him.

After that, seek out only the npcs in Tursh that offer Civic Diplomacy at level 50 skills...all the others will beat you handily. Do a bunch of these, getting information to turn in while your own skill level increases.

Then, do the newish presence quests they put in on the 2/27 patch (read the notes from that patch, or the list in included in another thread here on Presence). You'll be up to your 60's in no time, and ready to tackle level 75 civics...
