Which class for low level PvP?

Hi,

I'd like to make a character to have a bit of fun on the FFA server but I don't intend to spend too much time on it. I was wondering which classes do well in PvP in the 10-20 level range? I was thinking maybe Sorc or DK. I'd like to be able to kill fairly quickly so I'd rather not play a Cleric despite their survivability.

Any input would be very helpful.

Sorcerer - invis, AE's, nukes = and especially powerful compared to other classes at lower levels.

Psionicist. Good dps and good cc. You can stop several people in their tracks and conga-line them to the altar with one other dps at your side.

As for low level mostly SOLO PvP.. Anything that can heal.

Pre 20 the pvp scene is interesting to say the least.

However, the best classes to play (untwinked) would be Shaman, Cleric, Druid, Sorc, probably in that order. Shamans just have so much utility + their speed buff, almost makes me want to go back and roll a shammy hehe.

But yeah, Sorc invis is really nice, and druids are just all around good.

On my cleric, I am able to take out two or three melee pc's/casters at a time, with relative certainty of the outcome...however, our damage output is rather slow (unless twinked) and we are really just impossible to kill more than anything.

Just to add another similar question.

I play on Team PvP and one thing I enjoy about PvP games is playing "the protector". For example, one thing that drove me crazy while crafting was crafter ganking, so I'm planning to level up a char to 20+ and keep him in Halgarad (my home) so that if I get reports of problems there I can log him in and hopefully drive any campers away.

I was planning on either a rogue or ranger (already play a caster and tank).

So anyone any experience with both of these in PvP and how do they compare? One of the reasons ranger is leading for me atm, is that hopefully in the future theyll get a track ability.

Or should I just bite the bullet and make a shammy?
