That is all, we need diminishing returns.

I think that we all know why

Chain mez is one. I'm sure there are many other reasons.

Anyway, I wish we had an ETA, know we won't get one, just putting this out there just in case it catches a dev's eye.

Diminishing returns is a must for PvP (and this coming from a Psi :P). Alas I can't see it happening until far in the future. I really hope VG has an EQ2 type system whereby abilities and spells had two different states, one for PvE one for PvP. This would allow them to tweak PvP without the hoards of anti-PvP types rising up in arms (note: I said anti-PvP, not PvE :P)

diminishing returns pfft, I kind of like being chain mezzed for 3 minutes... I get a laugh out of the Pms I get from the group that chain mezzed me after I managed to train a mob on myself making myself unmezzable 2 shotting naked players at the altar left and right :ninja:

Anyways, yeah fix this crap Sigil it is just plain retarded, why bother scaling dmg if your not gonna finish the job and deal with the rest of the spells
