Quest: A sickness in our midst

I've completed all the parleys and just started trying to "use the word of power" on the NPCs to complete the rest of the objectives in the quest log.

I'm using "/say Aluthoria" with the NPC targeted, without any result or update of the quest log, I've tried this on all NPCs listed, in order. Is there another way to "use the word of power"?

ok listen what you must do
abandon this task and get new one then you need to go to first guy from task line
Watch what the guard says to you on the parley chat ,when you beat him he gives you a name who must find to say aluthoria to him etc etc
So first you talk check what name you must go to visit and say the world and after you can continue with the second parley and second name etc etc
Your compass after every win he send you to the next guy also
i hope you understud what you must do cause my english is bad sometimes :)
