Kurasha newb diplomat stuck lost quest line

I was sent from Dark horse downs to a bunker where i was KOS on a mission where i get my diplomacy horse .After much ado to find out what i had to kill to get removed from KOS list i successfully did the quest but i did not get a new quest.

Does the quest line realy end there (i am lvl 14 adventuring)?

Because i am only 55 skill in diplomacy and got very little presence . I have been trough all of lomshir and dark horse downs and the bunker and all the other quests got presence recuirements thats way out there. Where can i get more quests that i can do ?

Im positive my kurasha was not KOS in darkhorse downs when i did this quest, so i do not know why you were.

Also i believe the horse quest is generally the end of the beginner diplo quests , in which you get to head off and either grind diplo or look for some diplo quests , which generally require much grinding.

But i agree there seems to be a lack of low end diplo quests in qualia from what ive found, i do not know how it is on the other continents

Well atleast now i know I havent screwed up. If anyone see low prestige ,low skill diplo quest in qualia please reply.

I think im gonna put my diplomatic career on hold seeing as i grinded alot of rumors and hearsay to get items , Of 6 informer items i only got 1 cloth ,the rest 1 shot consumables. And the pants i got only had +3 prestige ,whats up with that?

There's a couple 12 presence quests at the Hathor Zhi outpost. The outpost is that little encampment of dark elves on the side of the road that goes north from the canyon toward Lomshir. Not Dragonweir. If you're at Dragonweir, you are too far east.
