This game has so much false advertising, they should be paying us.

But i agree, a whole continent relegated to a training ground, that is kind of a bit much.

Why didn't they just say 'Kojan will be developed after thesra and qalan, to allow us to focus our recources better during this intensive 6 month post release period' ? Pretty basic spin, compared to the total bs brad usually puts forth.

It's a pretty standard reply. Generally when a poster can't defend their argument they revert to calling other forum posters things like Nazis.

Welcome to the unfortunate side affect of this forum being trolled since Beta by people hating VG before release. People are more than bitter, and very sick of the Debbie Downer types shoving the same tired complaints down our throat, like we the players can do anything about the current issues that we are all more than aware of ourselves. Because we tolerate said issues, and choose to play VG hoping the game turns out like we think it will, we are all labeled Vanbois and such. It's all silly and stupid, but yet, it continues. As long as a person has an axe to grind somewhere..Silky seems to be thier 1st stop.

But I am interested to see if they can turn this big lumbering mess around, and then I might come back. I actually love the concept behind VG, it breaks the mould on mmoprg gaming - but only if they can fill up the vaporware and fix the performance issues.

Its sort of like you want to go on a holiday to Fiji, but theyre having a military coup, your gonna be a bit jacked off you cant go there, and you want it all to end and get fixed so you can visit. Thats me with VG, I really would like to play the game, but they need to do a lot of work and fix the game.

If I come accross as bagging 'vanbois', its only because they are in denial about the games issues, not because they, like me, think the game has a great concept.

And to finish this little spiel - there is absolutely no requirement to be a current VG player to post on these boards.

There is land, new races, and areas to develop those races. It's good stuff. Yes, we all want more, but there are three continents.

I guess people are spoiled by all the good things. Back in my day, Verant would print "five continents" on an EQ box, and we would be happy with three. The kids today just want to rant.
