Graystone quest line -- where does it start?

Apparantly there is a questline that needs to be completed before the graystone quest can be started.

Can anyone tell me where this pre-questline starts?

I am unaware of any prerequisite quests. Quests are obtained inside Graystone itself, and we have had no issues simply going down there and grabbing the quests.
