LOTRO - End of Beta Screenshots

Here are some screenshots I took on the last night of beta, as my group explored The Misty Mountains. The giants you see here are Frost Giants, which peak at around 20' tall. The cracks in the ground you see here were created when the giant stomped his feet down. It's a pretty cool effect.

Pretty awesome if you ask me. I think I'm going to have to buy the game. The addition of those High Rez Textures are a huge boost.

Looks like Guild Wars in a lot of ways. The bloom is a bit overdone.

Hard to tell from the screenshots, but doesn't look that great in the visual department.

So is the beta like totally over? I went to check the forums today and notice that the beta and official forums are now one single forum?

I thought it wasn't releasing until late April?

Pre-order beta starts this weekend and open beta starts April 6th. Official live date is April 24th.
