Yes this means that your rent for 'your' house will increase at the whim of Silius...the crafting dev who seems to have more say in VG than Brad?

I Think this has to do with people that purchased plots prior to Feb 6th. They got this insanely cheap upkeep cost (like 5s for the 2.5g plots or something). And when they updated the upkeep prices to be 10%, those people still got to keep their low upkeep costs.

I'm guessing that this fixes that so all people have the 10% upkeep now.

Nah, I got it in March, but I took his meaning to be that the maint on a plot s/b 10% of the purchase price.

Just logged in, and it's still 90silver a week.

oh my bad at quoting the 10% price. :p

I should restate that the UPKEEP was different PRIOR to Feb 6th, and was never updated for those who purchased prior to that date.

I think this will cause those people to pay the SAME as everyone who purchase after Febs 6th, whatever that price may be :-)
