solo quests for upper 30s

I am level 39 and was wondering where I can find some solo quests. Any help is appreciated.

Plains of Anquish, Bernaid Hills (the outpost there), Dragons backbone, few more levels you can hit Fallen cove chunk. If you havent done the stuff in Tar jashanir you can do those as well.

Thanks. I think I know where the outpost is. Is it the one with a plain wooden fence and of rectangular shape?
