I have completed all the Blessings of Vengeance quest for Graystone but the fourth one. I cant seem to find where the fourth spirit of vengeance is to complete it. Can anyone please let me know where it is?

Close to third is a staircase down (ie, continue the main passage, do not take off to the third area). He's at the bottom of the staircase.
