Tried logging into the game, stays on the 'logging in' screen ... and doesn't proceed any further. Checked my account on vgplayers :
http://vgplayers.station.sony.com/characters.vm?characterId=64424541040
It doesn't show anything? Set to private? Never done that before! So i log in, go into the character drop down below admin - says i only have 1character (and that's my alt) and doesnt show up Johnr (main) at all in the admin menu.
What's going down ?!
Checked my account details, and it says im paid up to may5th so that shouldn't be a problem.
(Sorry if in the wrong place, move as necassary)
thanks, johnr!

Hopefully, it's just some network trouble. Try re-logging.
If that doesn't help, file a ticket.
Or maybe one of the Sigil folk who frequent these forums can help you out.
Did you pick a real easy to guess password for your account?

My guess it was a network issue or something locally on the client side (Assuming other people could login at that time elsewhere, of course) :)
Anyway, vgplayers.com has proven to me to be unreliable.
- Your character views set to private? I think they added this several weeks back, the default now on a lot of your character and alts data has been set to private. You can see it if you login (cause it's yours), but a lot of things that were wide-open at launch have been set to default private. You can open them up for public viewing again by I believe changing the options under the Admin link, once you've logged into the site.
- ~3 weeks ago several of my characters were perfectly fine in the game, but my main and an alt or 2 were not in the vgplayers.com database for several days. I could not search for them on the website by name, and when I'd login to the site, they weren't listed in my list of characters. They somehow showed back up several days later. I submitted a ticket, but it was the weekend. By the time I got a reply, the characters had returned.
However, last weekend I had the same problem again. 3 characters went missing for about 4 days, again over a weekend. One character, a lvl 12 alt of mine, is still a no-show. I submitted another ticket, but the response was, quote, "These are ongoing processes and we are working diligently on getting them fixed. For now all I can ask is that you be
patient while we work on addressing the problem."
There are other people on the website feedback forums having similar issues.
So, I wouldn't really rely on vgplayers.com for info about your characters. But, glad to see you finally got back in :)
