The beta is not in an "open" status, meaning you need to be selected in order to participate. For more information on that, read through the relevant threads found here http://www.vanguardsoh.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?forumid=38. I'd advise you register for the official forums as well, because currently that is your only hope of recieving an application to apply for beta.
