Legendary Horse Shoes no longer give runspeed.
Dictum of Valus says its doing damage, when it does 0. (PVP)

Thats all i can find so far.

I can confirm the legendary horse shoes giving no speed bonus. Just checked. Also unequipped and re-equipped them, no change other than making them soulbound.

Bard invis is also still working fine in PVP.

Charm breaks are increased like crazy.
I heard that rares and ultra rares are droping like crazy.
This patch is a huge mess.
My mood is now like "Better to stop playing and wait until SOE have control"

Mekalian Researcher's Pauldron (Xenn Quest) used to have a nice lion head graphic on each shoulder. Dont know if that is intended for a change or not. Personally I like the old look.

- Horseshoes = no go Especially Enchanted True Silver

- Tools: Often bug, you will pull it out, use it one then it can't find it again.

- Crafting Gear EE: Level 36 Crafter: Level 35 Tools = 7% EE, Level 36 Gear = 10%, Level 41 Gear = 10%. Nice Math.

- Numbers for Nodes too high: 30 minutes of harvesting: 2x Alabaster Nodes, 1x Warped, 1x Marble, 2x Trav. 1x Umber in Southwatch area.

Another bug. I had a rare crafted 2 hnd sword...now it is an Axe...Targonian Gretaxe...wtf?

Edit to clarify. I had a T4 crafted RARE 2 handsword. Qalia style. This item changed to Targonian Greataxe. I want my sword back please!

The new chat channel (at least for thestra) isn't by default assigned to any window, so you don't see what's going on anymore unless you manually add it. Its joined though.

Cleric bug:

If after you crit you have less than 10 endurance, your finishers will not open up even after you've regened to 10+ endurance. It has happened everytime I have been under 10 end after I crit.

There really aren't many players on the Test server, at least when I was "testing" for a few days a week or so ago. I only counted about 15-20 online at a time, in total. I'm not sure what the true numbers are, but seeing as I never once crossed paths with any other player....

I really think transfers (not character copies) should be allowed to test, even for a short period. I'm sure more mid-higher players would move there to get the test population a good go.

That's true. But you'd think major bugs would be snagged by the Sigil testing team. I mean, it's part of their job. A bug or two squeaking by, yeah, I can see that. But huge ones like we're seeing? No. It's rediculous.

Well, I guess with all the reports coming in they'll fix it fast. Even if they don't test the patches fully, Sigil is on top of things pretty quickly- I'm sure they'll get this crap fixed. :)

Actually, the way i see it, most of these bugs are pretty minor. One particular sword be accidentally changed to an axe is not terribly obvious. The cleric bug which only appears if you happen to get a crit with low endurance is not terribly obvious. Neither is one particular horseshoe being bugged.

In fact, the only bug I've seen on this list that would have been glaringly obvious is the harvesting rate of rares. If they tested that, they could have figured out if it was too high (if indeed it is too high).

All in all, this sounds like the least buggy patch yet. Compare these bugs to the patch that totally botched people's appearances (remember the pics with the legs where the arms should be, floating gloves, etc.?) These bugs also seem far less major than that patch which totally botched diplomacy (you know, the refresh graphics were not in...).

Sure, this patch isn't perfect, but they are making great strides! Good job guys.

Guys, the purpose of this thread isn't to bitch. On the contrary its to provide a central location for the devs that do peruse the forums to see what all bugs have been listed that may or may not have been noticed via /bug or /petition.

What purpose does it server to come into a [BUG] thread and lecture people on how much better of a patch this was or how every MMO has bugs in their patches. We know this...

Seems a lot of mobs are receiving dmg but they dont move. They just stay there and get damaged from ranged. Xenn dungeons, the bug creatures in Tharridons Scar...I'm sure there are others.

WTB hotfix.

I also had a 2H sword before the patch, and today I login with a 2H greataxe... I'd like my sword back to please...

Zoning on the boat now ALWAYS puts you out of "driver" mode.
Meaning I have to re-use the wheel everytime I zone. Gets annoying fast...

I agree that CTDs have increased (chunk few times and you drop to desktop). Pets also work quite erratically now. At least hayatet bird no longer depops when you chunk, but on the other hand it very often refuses to attack anything after chunking (or follows mob around the chunk after attack command, but does not use any attacks). It also uses it abilities if it remembers which not even nearly always.

After one CTD I came back and noticed that I have buff which was at 1s and unremovable ("You cannot remove this as it is not there". Good error message...).

As Vulmane my ears show through hood.

One shaman buff (hp regen, cannot remember name) now gives 59 min duration instead of previous 30 mins. I think that correct duration should be 60 mins, though.

EDIT: Mobs also tend to turn to grey after you hit them even though no-one else is around. After mob dies body says that it is owned by someone else (Sigil apparently since no players are around).

Apologies if it's been said already, but it seems like it's taking a lot longer to run away from aggro, and a few times I actually had to camp because I was locked in combat.

Someone mentioned that mobs were grey even though there was no one around. It seems like it might be related to the aggro issue. If I was running through a chunk and got aggro from a trash mob, the same mob would end up grey after I was able to shed aggro. I even died to a mob last night that greyed out after killing me.

i tried to play for a bit but CTD if i treid to move very far every time. i used to hardly ever CTD, maybe once a day. ah well LOTR is fun while they try to fix.....at least you dont go crazy from bugsbuggyneOriginally Posted by popsicledeath

(!) Spawn loot windows are closing by themselves. After waiting for a (!) item to spawn, and when the loot window opens, it almost immediately closes itself. Nothing else is going on around me (no combat, i'm not grouped).

Another interesting bug I found out last night duelling a sorcerer and got killed by the dot following the secondary finisher (some reflection was included too) and I really got killed, loosing coin and infamy from a regular duel. When I released my corpse, I also lost XP like a pve death.
Coin, infamy and xp seems a bit too much when just trying new skills in a duel^^

Bugs I encountered.

Went to NT and my god did I have problems from there on, before I went there and parley I never had anything bad happen.

I got constantly kicked to char screen, I have no matter where I am now unable to join guildchat, even a full relog and reboot does not always clear this, over weekend it happend ever single time I logged on.

I pull a mob, it suddenly goes grey as if it is not my mob, I am the only one in the whole zone, I kill the mob, cannot loot the corpse as it comes up as someone elses.
This is repeatable but not all mobs.

If I stay in a city and parley for any length of time, say over an hour, I suddenly get a terriffic lag spike, the only way to fix it, is camp and go to char screen to clear it.

If I log out in either thelmar shield (bridge) or leth (arcanist building) I come back under the buildings, and nothing clears this, except an underworld/recall out.

NT portal droped me of the side of the cliff, I was lucky I saved self with leviate, some poor folk not so lucky.

My sliders, on spell particals will not stay saved, ever single time I have to redo them, its getting really annoying. It may not seem much to others but the spell effects alone cause me a great deal of lag in combat and having to keep hitting settings to move them is just plain silly.

Out of all of them the disconnect from guildchat is the worst, people talking away to me and I cannot see it, they think am being rude, and its not even obvious or warns you that you are disconnected, you just think guildys are busy or silent. This should be at the top of the fixes please. This really is a nasty one to get. :(

Edit I forgot two.:/

Window panes, can be turned in to house mugs, as can a matress. I went to place them in house and they appeared as cups! *giggles* I did submit bug report in game, but adding them here anyway.

Could you give some warning when this is fixed as I have them on my table ;)

New Targonor ‘call to death’ is annoying. Moving the NPC at a bridge where you fall through after a gate is not a good idea. Why is that repeated again and again?

Initiating a loot dialog works at a larger distance then the requirement to keep it open. It’s funny to watch people to try to loot again and again without success but it’s not funny with quest harvest when they don’t get the update because the dialog is auto closing and the node is gone without the person getting the item.

Hate list management of the mobs changed. The mob keeping locked after encounter break is one effect (grey HP bare, corps does not belong to you). One other effect is that they reaggro you from increased distance because the keep you on their hate list. Keeping you in combat after broken encounter is just another effect of the change.

That the mob get stuck and not try to get to you even if you deal damage to them may be an effect from the changed hate list code or may be an unrelated issue. I had sometimes the problem before patch but now it’s very common. Sometime the mob is porting to me (which is very annoying if you try to kite) but I estimate 80% the time the mob is just waiting for it’s death without any action. I think it’s not related to geometry because it’s happening on plain terrain. Stuck pre patch usually happened on obstacles only, never saw it on plain terrain.

Out of combat energy regeneration: This may not be a bug but an intended change. Because it’s not mentioned in the patch node I’m going to list it here.
The change in ‘out of combat energy regeneration’ is creating down time. Before the patch, preparing for the next mob (moving to the right position, …) almost recovered the spend energy (the case is about soloing, did not spend enough time in groups to comment on group energy regeneration). Now I guess it takes abut the double of time to recover the energy. I never used consumables to restore energy in the past, I start to use them after patch to minimize downtime.

Quests in the Pantheon of the Ancients are bugged. My guild completed all 12 pre-reqs and got our cloak on Thursday intending to do the Sisters on Friday, we log in and find that we are unable to spawn the encounter.

I cease to have ownership of uncontested mobs after I engage and it is obvious noone else is around for me to have ganked the mob from. No quest update, cannot loot corpse, no exp/faction...a big YFW to the phantom someone who keeps owning my kills!! :confused: This has happened roughly 10 times since the patch and roughly umm....maybe..hmm...<<never>> previously? TYVFM El Patch-0-Roonie!!

My toons ears stick through her hood but I like it...it's kinda cute. The thing I don't like is that her hair disappears. I chose that sarxy Farah Fawcett hair-style and now my toon looks like a DE Britney Spears with a hoody on (although if I remove the hood in Options then the hair comes back). I can live without it for now but come on, this is the game engine to end all game engines...I want my hood and my hair-style too, dammit!! :rolleyes:

If I go swimming and teleport (Underworld Journeys thus far) to dry land my ears still think I'm swimming. It's kinda like I got water in my ears and no way to shake it out thus all NPC's and other sounds are muffly as if I'm still underwater. Please add "Use Q-Tips" to the General Ability Tab.

Sometimes when I chunk my Shadowhound gets temperamental and unsummons himself. If I try to re-summon him he immediately unsummons himself. This sometimes happens until I re-log. This seems like a bug to me but maybe its a feature? I mean, maybe I'm neglecting to feed him some requisite doggy treats and he's pissed at me? Like when I forget to feed my cat and she goes and pukes bile on my living-room rug...

I totally forgot about this. We tried to do the pre-reqs quests after patch. It’s almost impossible for the entire group to get the quest because if someone from the group takes the quest from the NPC no one else from the same group is able to take it for several minutes. In addition, the script was not starting afterwards. We did the quest from one room before the patch with minor issues but had to leave without any progress after the patch because of the bugs.

This is sad because the quest were really fun to do.
