Group level range question

What happens if a group consists of 4 lvl 20+ characters and one lvl 10 character ? Does the lvl 10 get experience for killing lvl 20+ monsters or not ?

No. I think 5 level is the max difference between chars in a group to still get exp.

At higher levels the gap can be 6. Before the last patch it was 7.

This has been fixed. The gap will be back to 7 levels in next patch.
