lol yeah well one day... (big brother :D)

Nah it's not real time, just the streets or locations in blue that have "on the ground" 360's

I'd like to see them do some at altitude so you can get a feel for topography, say at 500' increments to start. A full 3D perspective.

It's interesting in that this type of thing can be compiled by users as well as google... were they to offer some benefits to those who contributed to the vidio mapping in order to motivate.

I just checked my area (Wash DC) and nothing there yet, seems it's just SF so far.

nah nothing interesting around my house. was hopeing it would be cool. but I guess up here in canada we are a little behind.

Ah cool they linked the Google Earth images to their maps section. I love Google Earth. I have it on my computers at both work and home. I can zoom all the way up to my parking spot at work! :)
