Police officers in the UK are to be given head-mouted video cameras to film incidents and arrests, the footage of which can then be used in evidence.

They already have cameras on every street corner, they use cameras to enforce recycling laws, now on every cop?
Next they will be putting cams in bathrooms!

Here in TN & I know some of the other states have them also, they have put cameras up on a number of the street lights & they are installing them along the main highway..so it won't be long & we will have the same here in the USA

How does this affect your privacy in any way at all ?! Until the government installs a cam in your home, you pretty much have no leg to stand on reguarding this security feature.

ROFL. I especially liked the conspiracy guy that commented.

The police are nothing more than thugs that the Government uses to protect itself. Isn't it weird that where there is no Government and police, no or very little crime exists, this is no coincidence because the Government, police and Military need crime or they do not recieve their paychecks. The police is a scam to steal money from the public, the courts and the fines make lots and lots of money.

I agree. When I'm driving on a public road, using public services (such as police or county clerk), or anywhere not on private lands, I only have a reasonable expectation of privacy. No one is looking at all these cameras unless there is an incident that needs to be reviewed. If that is the case, I WANT to be exonerated or punished for my actions due to it being on tape.

Big Brother as in 1984 would come when your actions are monitored for your thoughts, not for the breaking of established laws.
