Also, screw political debates, Obama and Clinton ought to appear on the show instead.

Oh how low we can go for entertainment. This has to be one of the worst game shows ever created.

I haven't seen it, but from the commercials, it is a HORRIFIC concept. We are moving closer and closer to 'reality tv' that kills someone. And we watch, rapt with desire.
It's not reality TV if it's scripted or pre-planned, people.

I'm not trying to defend the show one way or another but...
I honestly don't know how you all can equate a show about telling the truth or lying on national TV to a future of shows about people killing each other.
Its as ridiculous as saying gay marriage is going to ruin the U.S. Lying on national TV isn't something new folks, its done daily.
Whether you like the show or not, believe its moral or immoral is one thing, but to equate it as a step closer to watching people kill each other on TV for entertainment is stupid and ignorant.
To add, just about everytime you turn on that TV and watch the news channel you are already seeing people killing each other.
And yes it is a much different time now, and values are different depening which country you live and what society you belong to, but I want to point out in history, even in advanced cultures/civilizations gladitorial combat to the death was a form of entertainment and probably still is in some parts of the world. I'll use Rome as one example.
Also the people on the show.. its not like they don't know what they are getting into. Before the show they are all subjected to a lie detector test and that is where the questions the host asks come from. They know the type of questions that are going to be asked and furthermore they can choose to quit or go on at any time. They are free to change their first answers from the initial test on the aired part of the show. Its not exactly exploitation. Its stupid people that know full well what they are getting into but do it anyway because they want to be on TV, win money, or whatever else.

I still think the show is one of the worst game shows ever created. It's even worse than Deal or No Deal.

It's staged.
While the issues may be real, they are all screened and well aware of what will occur on the show so there is little chance of someone freaking out about a 'revelation'.

From what I understand of the show they hook em up to a lie detector before the show is filmed and ask a ton of questions and then pick the ones that are most "entertaining" to be asked on the show. Contestants already know what they answered they just don't know the results of the lie detector. So yeah the producers of the show already know which questions the contestants are pretty much gonna get wrong, e.g. "do you think you are a good person."
I personally hate 99% of reality tv so I never even bothered with this show, just saw that clip online.

In any case I still think it would be great to get Silius, Thom, Hasium, and Brad & Co. on there.
Now that would be entertainment!
If you were the producers of that show, what questions would you test them on? Which questions do you think they would fail on?

I'd ask why peppy13 gives a crap about a game that they don't play but feels the need to incessantly post about how much they hate it and those involved in it.
