Was that music from Once Upon a Time in America?

Yes, it was...well, almost. The song here is Once Upon A Time In The West from the film of the same title (you were close, though, as Once Upon A Time In America is another film also directed by Sergio Leone). Ever since I heard this composition many, many years ago, it has been rolling around in the back of my head, waiting for the right occasion. Once I started on this project, the piece really had no competition for its place as the soundtrack.
