An ergonomically correct mouse, read the review and see the pics here (http://www.extremetech.com/article2/0%2C1697%2C1920653%2C00.asp).
I may have to get one of these :)

I am entirely immune to RSI due to growing up with computers. My hand is shaped perfectly into the "mouse claw" position. My hands would ache so much after using that vertical mouse! :)

My old boss had one of these, but it had a track ball on it for your thumb to manipulate. It was fine for browsing and such. Personally, I've never had any adverse problems from using a mouse a lot. I think there's just a lot of whining sissies out there :D

Ive been shot by a 9mm and i've had to deal with bad wrists for about 2 years (very little flexibility and anything over about 70 degrees with pressure causes intense pain). If I had a choice between the two I would take the bullet everytime.
