I just called to cancel Quicken Bill Pay because I've switched to my bank's bill pay service. To their credit, I was not kept on hold at all beyond the menu, and the gentleman who handled my call did so quickly without hemming and hawing about a jillion different ways to try to keep me as a customer. (Anyone here ever cancelled Dish Network? :mad: )
