I was just reading through my new insurance policy and noticed this. I thought you all might find it humerous.

EXLUSIONS
We will not pay for:
3) Loss due to consequence of:
b. discharge of any nuclear weapon (even if accidental)

I suppose I'll need to notify my beneficiaries of this fact, so they don't go filing a claim after I get nuked.

There is a $500 fine for detonating a nuke in Chico, Califonia ;)

Only a 500 dollar fine you say? Hmmmmmm, I just might have to "experiment" with this. Oh, does it say of what yield it applies to, or can the nuke be of any size...

Inquiring minds want to know.

I live in a flood zone and the industry told us that if we get one more flood, they will refuse to do business with us. :( And the stupid thing is that our house has not been affected at all. Not once. So we would lose our insurance just because so many other houses around here got flooded. It should be that if your house never gets flooded (or you just never make a claim), you should get a PREMIUM. lol

I thought if you were on a flood plain then you were required to get flood insurance... can they really tell you no because of the number of floods?

They can here, apparently.

Any size so far as I want to know and you have to set it off with in the city limits to be with in the jusidiction of the fine. 5 feet out side of town doesn't count.
