Looks like a couple of peeps are doing daily contests for the next gen systems for a bit.

NewEgg (http://images10.newegg.com/UploadFilesForNewegg/sweepstakes45/Land45.html) has one going for the Wii (upper right corner) - you have to enter daily - winners notified via email and on the site. Looks like this one draws 2 lots for who wins each day and then on 12/11 they will start contacting peeps about the Wii. I guess either you win or don't with this one. :)

and

TigerDirect (http://www.tigerdirect.com/sectors/playstation/index.asp?CMP=ILC-FPM20) has one going for the PS3 (near the bottom of the page) - you have to enter every other day - Winners posted on the site only. Note: "Winners must claim the prize within 24 hours." (One buisness day.) "Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded." Be sure to check back on this one!

eeeeeeeEEEEeeeeeEEEEeeee me gots me gots!!! Only 20 gig but psh by the time I need the space the HDs will likely have 100 gig versions. :D

So it looks like this at least partially confirms that PS3s are shipping weekly and peeps should look early in the week. The local Best Buys got 12 today (of which there were only four 60s) and got some last Tuesday as well, so if you are camping a PS3 I'd say your best bet is Mon or Tues.

No sign of the Wii. Maybe tomorrow Wii peeps. :( Side note - the EB games Wii bundle was still up, so again, should be an indication there are plenty on the way.
