Only One Trainer Per Tier?

Good Morning folks. I was wondering if any of you knew if there was only one trainer per crafting tier.

Why do I ask? Well, I play on the PvP server. As a Raki, my starting crafting spot was Ca'ial Brael. Once I hit 10, I was able to select Tailoring and get my quest done without a problem. However, the Outfitter Trainer in CB gave me a quest to run to another trainer to learn Amateur Crafting.

This trainer is in Martok, the Orcish city. More importantly, a city of the opposing faction -- the only reason I was left alone when I went there the other night was the bug that prevented Raki from PvPing.

Is there a way to get around this by seeing a trainer in some other city? If this game's going to make me infiltrate an enemy city and enter Martok's crafting station without being attacked, it's going to make things very... complicated lol.

Yes, I believe they are preset. Those learning Kojani styles must eventually travel to Martok.

I don't think PVP was considered when it came to crafting design.

it sounds to me that that was just a quest offered if you've already been able to pick your speacialization then you shouldn't be required to complete that one. i'm a level 18 tailor and i did have a quest that sent me to an outpost but i didnt have to stay there the same person is still teaching me new recipes since level 1. i just had to do the one quest to get the new tier recipes.
