Solo is good. Just remember you get way more xp gain by grouping. Especially with the current xp changes. We were grouping last night and I was starting to feel like I was playing WOW.
Honestly, I hope they scale it back a little.

all 4 healers can solo... not as fast as say a offensive character but they are amung the safest soloers in the game. so while if neather die in a hour the offensive's will make more exp per hour but add a death or 2 in for the offensive and the healer prolly makes more if they have any skill . cause its hard to die vs level approperate mobs as a healer.

As a Shammy, soloing is a blast!Having always been a Pally..tried that..then Ranger, which was great..2 weeks to go for beta decided to try Shammy..and am impressed..lotta fun,all the right tools..got to have a lvl 30 Shammy for 3 days and did a world tour.Tested it against alot of different mobs..all I can say is 1)Thats my choice for main 2) Never run into a lvl 45 lion with 60% wolf speed on,it was not a pretty sight.I think the lion chuckled as he grabbed me....
Getting back to your cleric soloer decision, try each 1 for 3 days..you will find whats best for your play style.

The bloodmage is a difficult solo class. It can be done just as well as other classes once you get the hang of it, but you literally walk a fine line between wiping and winning whenever you are taking on mobs near your level. The problem I guess is that BMGs are only at their best when they are dealing damage to both the mobs and themselves, and sometimes it's too easy to get carried away! Of all the healers, soloing with the BMG is definitely the most exciting :p
