The Eventide Force (http://www.eventideforce.com)
Hi everyone,
I would like to invite everyone to come and check out the website as it is being constructed, as we speak! Here (http://www.eventideforce.com).
The Eventide Force will be a Vanguard only guild (no other games to interfere with it :) ) We will be based on a PvE server and our goal will be to cater to a certain playtime and style; the working adult with family.
Are we restricting members to working adults with families only? No. The goal is to create a member base that plays around a time considered to not be "primtime"; this would be around 8pm - 2am PST. By doing so we can get a solid concentration of people that play during this "awkward" time slot, to experience content that we may not be able to do otherwise.
If you are sick of being left out of raids because, when you log on, people are either just getting done raiding, or had finished earlier, then this is the place for you.
There is no intention to achieve an "uber" status. Simply, to enhance our experiences through association of similar playtimes and styles. No longer will you live in fear of being booted from the guild because you failed to show up at a raid due to your 3 year old having a toothache that night. We understand, because we are just like you :D
So if you are interested in joining, or just want to come chat on our boards and discuss game philosophies... stop in and say hi!
Applicants should:
Have some experience in playing MMORPGs (this cuts down the learning curve).
Have a good attitude that is about helping others and not stepping on them to get ahead.
Have their play time fall between 7pm - 3am PST (you don’t have to play these times just that the bulk of your playtime falls in that range :P)
