My Review because I'm Uber

Vanguard could be the greatest, last 2nd Gen MMORPG.. in about a year

Chunking = Zoning

Character Creation = sub par (3 sets of hair? what? )

Quest = Go kill/gather 10 of these please (AKA par for the course)

Crafting = Broken

Diplomacy = Cool, but Broken

Graphics Engine = Broken

Classes = Broken

Boats = Oh yeah, broken

Auction = What? Broken

Fellowships = None existent (.. AKA broken)

Lotto (looting) = broken

Horses = fugly

Spell animations/UI = WoW






I'd like to go on but eh..



Vanguard is about as mediocre as it gets. It just takes long er to get places. Sweet.

What game are you playing again? Obviously not the same one I am.

It;s the first day. There are issues in every game on the first day. While i disagree with sveral of the points you think are broken, even if you were correct on them it's the first day.

Graphics Engine = My computer plays WoW in low detail mode, this game sucks.

Classes = Did i mention i am a troll of extraordinary trollishness ?

Boats = Grr i cant craft a boat from the onset of the game, this game sucks.

Auction = OMG they copied WoW with this idea this game sucks.

Fellowships = I hate this game so much no one wanted me in there fellowship so its obviously broken.

Lotto (looting) = Hey guess what i am a troll.

Horses = Grrr i cant play this game with my comp so these horses must suck !

Spell animations/UI = Hmm at least i can pretend to play this game when i am in WoW, i read that the Ui looks alot like WoW.

Ok, some of your are confused how you could answer this post in a constructive and helpful way. Let me give you some tips.

Address his post. If you disagree with what he's saying, defend the game and say why it's not those things. 70% of the responses I saw were "You are an idiot", "Sentek = broken" or "You are a troll". These all may be true, but they don't do anything but encourage the idea that this community is closed and aggressive.

Yes, he's being unhelpful, but instead of concentrating on him, concentrate on his post. Answer his criticisms with how things actually are and you've changed a trolling post into an advertisement of Vanguard.
